Stizz Taylor started off as a rapper in 2008 recording at bedroom studios around his neighborhood where he got to interact with other artists and found an influence for music production. In 2011 he laid off rapping and started producing music, mostly making and selling hip hop beats to local rappers that were still emerging. He then started his own music group which was a unit of Courtacy Entertainment. He recruited local artists whereby he had a full recognized team by 2012 and released a mixtape late 2013 titled “Signature” of which he was the executive producer.
In September 2015, Mpumelelo ‘Stizz’ Tembe was announced as the new Durban ambassador for Uber South Africa.
